PRIYA'S PICO DE GALLO   Priya loves to serve this with her homemade chips.          INGREDIENTS:     1 ½ cups tomatoes, diced   1/2 red onion, minced   3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro   1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced   1/2 lime, juiced   1 clove garlic, minced   1 pinch garlic powder   1 pinch ground cumin     Chop everything up and add lime juice and salt to taste.     PRIYA'S HOMEMADE NACHO CHIPS        Bag of flour or corn tortillas    Vegetable Oil    Salt       DIRECTIONS:     Stack up the tortillas and cut in half. Cut the half in half (quarters or wedges or little triangles-resemble a corn chip). Separate the wedges. Heat oil in a pot.   Drop wedges into hot oil.   Deep fry to golden brown. Sprinkle with salt or Tajin (available in Mexican grocery stores-called fruit seasoning-basically chili, lime and salt powder. This stuff is fantastic). Serve with pico .
